Four Corners Loft

Situated in the landmark Clocktower Building in Dumbo, the design of this 3,200 square foot loft capitalizes on the unique 360 degree views of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Two distinct volumes become the visual and organizational hub of the loft, freeing up the perimeter walls to the expansive four exposures of the city skyline beyond. The volumes are materially similar, yet the scale, texture, and pattern of the white oak panels vary to create subtle differentiation. The reinforced concrete structure of the building is exposed and expressed, creating a contrast with the crisp, new elements throughout.
